Возможности коррекции умеренных когнитивных расстройств у пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста в общемедицинской практике
Аннотация / Abstract
Резюме. В открытом исследовании оценивали эффективность Пронорана (пирибедил) при лечении умеренных когнитивных расстройств у пожилых пациентов (5 мужчин и 10 женщин, средний возраст 67±7,5 года), наблюдавшихся в общемедицинской практике. Все больные полностью завершили исследование. Побочных эффектов не зарегистрировано. Показано, что использование Пронорана в дозе 50 мг/сут в условиях амбулаторной практики позволяет улучшить умеренно нарушенные когнитивные функции у лиц пожилого и старческого возраста.

Correction possibilities of mild cognitive disorders of elderly and old age patients in general medicine practice

Summary. Number of people, suffering from mild cognitive disorders, has been increased, because of growth elderly and old age persons. The study\'s object is appraisal of Pronoran efficiency in the treatment of mild cognitive disorders at general medical practice. Five men and ten women are included in study, mean age of patients is 67±7,5 years old. The study is a simple, open and prospective. The following techniques are used: self-appraisal memory questionnaire, scale of general clinical impression, MMSE, test of drawing clock, test for semantic and speech activity, screening scale of depression and anxiety\'s appraisal. Rates have been improved at scale of general clinical impression, MMSE, scale of semantic and speech activity a month later of Pronoran therapy in the dose of 50 mg per day. The best results of all study scales have been obtained to the third month of therapy. Side effects are not registered. There are no patients out of study.
