Психоз – это гетерогенное психическое расстройство, для которого было сформулировано большое количество протективных факторов и факторов риска. Этот краткий обзор направлен на классификацию доказательной базы для установления связей между каждым фактором и психотическими расстройствами, поддерживая при этом наличие нескольких направлений. Для нахождения систематических обзоров и мета-анализов обсервационных исследований, в которых были рассмотрены связи между социально-демографическими, родительскими, перинатальными, более поздними факторами или предшествующими событиями и психотическими расстройствами, была изучена база данных Web of Knowledge, где была найдена сравнительная информация по здоровым представителям контрольной группы, которая была опубликована с 1965 года по 31 января 2017 года. Поиск литературы и получение данных соответствовали рекомендациям PRISMA и MOOSE. Связь каждого фактора с диагнозами неорганических психотических расстройств по МКБ или DSM была разделена на убедительную, сильно вероятную, вероятную, неубедительную или незначимую в соответствии со стандартизованными критериями, основанными на следующих факторах: числе психотических случаев, случайных эффектах, самом высоком 95% доверительном интервале (CI), гетерогенностью исследований, 95% интервале прогнозирования, небольшой эффект исследования и высокие значения погрешности. Для того чтобы оценить данные временного характера связи, мы также провели анализы чувствительности, ограниченный данными проспективных исследований. В общий обзор были включены 55 метаанализов или систематических обзоров, которые соответствовали 683 самостоятельным исследованиям и 170 предполагаемым факторам риска или протективным факторам психотических расстройств.
