Хроническая боль: некоторые аспекты психопатологии и патогенеза
Аннотация / Abstract
В свете современной концепции боли, имеющей биопсихосоциальный генез, с учетом данных последних публикаций кратко освещается ассоциация хронической боли с широким спектром психической патологии (депрессия, тревога, посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство, зависимость от психоактивных веществ, хронические психозы). Обсуждаются также патогенетические гипотезы, трактующие соотношение предрасположение – стресс (дистресс) – хроническая боль на основе фундаментальных нейробиологических исследований.

Some psychopathological aspects of chronic pain

In the light of the modern byopsychosoial concept of a pain and according to the latest scientific publications the association of chronic pain with a wide range of mental disorders (depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance dependence, chronic psychosis) is briefly discussed. We also discuss the pathogenic hypothesis, about ratio of predisposition – stress (distress) – chronic pain, which is based on fundamental neurobiological research.
