Патохарактерологическое предрасположение и формирование нозогенных (провоцированных соматическим заболеванием) психических расстройств

Резюме. Статья посвящена изучению вклада расстройств личности и акцентуаций характера в формирование психогенно-/нозогенноиндуцированных психических расстройств на модели онкологических заболеваний органов женской репродуктивной системы. В соответствии с предложенной рабочей гипотезой категориальные/дименсиональные структуры расстройств личности при взаимодействии с триггерными механизмами могут выполнять функции «фильтра», «коннектора», «блокатора», что обусловливает типологическое многообразие нозогений и их динамики на всех этапах болезненного процесса. Ключевые слова: расстройства личности, акцентуации, нозогении, триггерные механизмы, рак органов женской репродуктивной системы. The article studies the role of personality disorders and accentuations of character, as mediating mechanism of transformation psychogenic/nosogenic stress in a mental disorder (on the model of cancer of the organs of the female reproductive system). In accordance with the proposed working hypothesis, categorical/the dimensional structure of personality disorders in the aspect of interaction with trigger mechanisms can act as a «filter», «connector», «blocker», which causes the typological diversity of nosogenias and trajectory of their dynamics at all stages of the disease process.
