Феномен «стероидной фобии» у больных ревматоидным артритом
Аннотация / Abstract
Резюме. Одним из факторов, оказывающих влияние на комплаентность и социальное функционирование больных ревматоидным артритом, является феномен стероидной фобии. Формирование рассматриваемой фобии зависит от недостаточной объективной информированности больных о свойствах глюкокортикостероидов, а также от искаженных представлений, сложившихся под влиянием мифов и стереотипов. Установлена зависимость между формированием стероидной фобии и психическими расстройствами пограничного уровня. Необходим комплексный подход к профилактике этого явления, который должен включать как психотерапию до назначения пациентам глюкокортикостероидов, так и адекватную психофармакотерапию пограничных психических расстройств.

Phenomena «steroid phobia» in patient rheumatoid arthritis

Summary. One of the factors influencing the сomplaence of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is the phenomenon of a steroid phobia which is studied in this work. The сomplaence influences social functioning and physical disability of the patients. Formation of a steroid phobia depends on as insufficient objective knowledge of patients of properties of glucocorticoids and the deformed subjective information of patients formed under the influence of myths and incorrect representations. Dependence between formation of a steroid phobia and presence of psychiatric disorders as anxiety disorder and depression has been established. It is necessary to establish the complex approach for preventive measures of this phenomenon. It has to include as intensive rational work and psychotherapy before prescription of glucocorticoids to the patients and adequate psychotherapy and therapy with the aid of psychotropic remedies for psychiatric disorders such as anxiety disorder and depression.
