Абстракт
Существует большое количество исследований, сообщающих о высоких показателях психотических расстройств среди мигрантов и этнических меньшинств, особенно в Северной Европе. В связи с растущей миграцией и, как следствие, культурного разнообразия во многих частях мира, эти результаты представляют собой важную социальную проблему и проблему общественного здравоохранения. В этой статье мы оценили текущее состояние дел, проанализировали данные об изменении частоты психозов и предложили объяснения, включая соответствующие теории и модели. Мы обсудили, в частности: а) значительные отличия распространенности психотических расстройств в этнических группах, и б) доказательства, указывающие на социальные риски, объясняющие такую вариативность, на экологическом и индивидуальном уровнях. Далее мы изложили предлагаемую нами модель социального развития, которая подразумевает более высокий уровень системных и социальных рисков в течение всей жизни, в частности, угрозы, враждебность и насилие, и, таким образом, объясняет более высокий уровень психозов у некоторых мигрантов и этнических меньшинств. Основываясь на этом анализе, вопрос решения существующей социальной проблемы и общественного здравоохранения должен решаться на нескольких уровнях, включая социальную политику, общественные инициативы и реформу служб охраны психического здоровья.
